Lloyd C. Berger
Principal/President
Lloyd C. Berger founded Berger Commercial Realty Corp. in January of 1998 and has overseen the firm's steady growth. Mr. Berger provides strategic oversight on client matters and the framework for the efficient management and execution of skillfully developed action plans. Mr. Berger offers value and creativity on behalf of each of the firm's clients.
Over the past 17 years, he has closed transactions for tenants and principals of both local and national prominence. These include Providian Life Insurance, Team Health, Blockbuster Video, Radio Shack, Adler Realty Group, First American Real Estate Solutions, Pitney Bowes, The State of Florida, and The Broward Sheriff's Office.
Lloyd Berger is a member of the South Florida Chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and is a Past President of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA). He holds a Broker License from The State of Florida.
Mr. Berger earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Rollins College and an MBA in Real Estate Development and Management from Nova Southeastern University's School of Business and Entrepreneurship. He is active in civic and charitable organizations in the Fort Lauderdale area including Leadership Broward Class XI and coaches Youth Soccer and Little League Baseball. |

Keith Graves, RPA
Vice President
Keith Graves joined Berger Commercial Realty Corp. as Vice President and oversees the brokerage and leasing division of the firm. Mr. Graves provides strategic commercial real estate services to both local and national companies, including lease acquisition ad disposition, market and site analysis, and long-term strategic planning.
Prior to his appointment with Berger, Mr. Graves held several positions with Paragon Group, Inc. and Insignia/ESG.Inc., and most recently served as a Vice President of CB Richard Ellis in the Brokerage Services Group. Over the past 18 years, he has completed over 750 sale and lease transactions in the office, industrial, and retail sectors.
Through his deep knowledge, he is able to create value-added services to each client throughout the entire real estate process; facilitating a smooth transaction process and profitable results. Mr. Graves' experience includes complex sale/leaseback transactions, traditional investment sales and general leasing for institutional owners, tenant representation and site selection. He also serves as a liaison with attorneys, architects and general contractors; prepares marketing plans and budgets; and is responsible for financial analysis and investment acquisitions and underwriting.
Keith Graves, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University in Ohio, holds the professional designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA). He is a member of the South Florida Chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), and holds both Broker-Salesperson and Mortgage Broker licenses from The State of Florida. |
